These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Servyo TV (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including its website, dashboard, browser-based TV player, Android TV application, APIs, and related services. The Service is intended primarily for business and commercial digital signage. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
To access most features of the Service you must register for an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, are used for fraudulent purposes, or violate these Terms.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with access to the Starter feature set. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to retain full access.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the recurring interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-applicable price unless canceled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges, including applicable taxes, to your selected payment method. The checkout page controls the plan, billing interval, quantities, currency, and price for your purchase. Except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree in writing, charges are final and non-refundable.
Plan limits, including screens, storage, scheduling, and grouping features, are defined at purchase and may differ between plans. Usage above a plan limit may be blocked, made unavailable, or require you to remove usage or purchase a larger plan. Failed or overdue payments may result in retries, restricted access, suspension, or cancellation. We may change future prices or plans by providing notice required by law; price changes do not apply retroactively to completed billing periods.
You may schedule cancellation from the Settings page. A scheduled cancellation stops future renewal, but your paid access continues until the displayed period-end date. While cancellation is pending, you may choose End Subscription Now. Immediate cancellation permanently ends the current subscription and paid access as soon as Stripe confirms the request, allowing you to purchase another plan afterward. Immediate cancellation cannot be reversed; a later purchase creates a new subscription.
No refund or credit is provided for unused time when you cancel immediately. Before immediate cancellation, you must expressly acknowledge this consequence. Cancellation does not erase amounts already due, resolve charge disputes, or automatically delete your account or User Content. It may cause paired screens to lose remote updates or paid features immediately, although previously cached media might remain temporarily on a device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if:
Upon termination, cancellation, or loss of entitlement, some or all Service access may cease and screen content may stop updating. You are responsible for exporting or retaining copies of User Content you need. We may delete data when no longer reasonably required to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to remove any content and/or suspend any account that violates this policy.
You retain ownership of all media, images, videos, and other content (“User Content”) you upload to the Service. By uploading User Content, you grant Servyo TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to upload and use the User Content; and (b) the User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. You are solely responsible for all User Content you upload.
If User Content includes an identifiable person, personal information, advertising, pricing, nutritional, allergen, accessibility, or regulated information, you are responsible for all required notices, consents, licences, accuracy, and legal compliance. We do not review or approve User Content. You should keep independent originals and backups; the Service is not an archival or backup service. We may disable or remove content that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or contrary to these Terms.
All subscription, renewal, screen, storage, and other fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, including for unused time, immediate cancellation, failure to use the Service, device incompatibility, internet or power outages, content errors, account suspension resulting from your conduct, or a reduction in your usage. We do not provide prorated refunds when a billing period ends early at your request.
If you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or made in error, contact us promptly at servyotv@gmail.com. In a rare and exceptional case, we may issue a refund or credit in our sole discretion; doing so once does not create an obligation to do so again. This policy does not exclude refunds or remedies that applicable law requires and does not limit your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized charge. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension while investigated.
The Service and all of its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Servyo TV and its licensors. Our trademarks, service marks, and trade names may not be used without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The Service depends on third-party products and infrastructure, including Stripe, Firebase/Google Cloud, hosting providers, internet providers, browser engines, television manufacturers, Android, and device operating systems. Their availability, policies, compatibility, and performance are outside our control and may change. Your use of third-party products may be subject to their terms and privacy notices. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages, changes, data loss, or incompatibilities.
You are responsible for compatible TVs, browsers, Android devices, mounts, power, network access, bandwidth, device security, operating-system settings, screen-saver and sleep settings, physical access controls, and on-site recovery. Offline playback is a best-effort feature and depends on previously downloaded content, available device storage, browser or WebView behavior, cache retention, and device configuration. It is not a guarantee of continuous display.
You must review each screen after setup and after material content or schedule changes. You are responsible for a reasonable fallback plan if signage is unavailable. We may maintain, update, modify, limit, replace, or discontinue features, and may deploy urgent security or reliability changes without advance notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR COLLATERAL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPATIBILITY, SECURITY, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS DISPLAY, THAT CACHES WILL PERSIST, THAT SCHEDULES OR HEARTBEATS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR IMMUNE FROM LOSS OR ATTACK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO THEY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT LAWFUL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SERVYO TV AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, SALES, SAVINGS, BUSINESS, DATA, CONTENT, REPUTATION, OR GOODWILL; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; REPLACEMENT SERVICES; OR LOSSES ARISING FROM AN INCORRECT, DELAYED, BLANK, OR UNAVAILABLE DISPLAY, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS WAS POSSIBLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) CAD $100. These exclusions and limits apply regardless of legal theory and are an essential basis of the agreement, but do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Service for a business, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Servyo TV and its owners, personnel, contractors, and suppliers from third-party claims, damages, penalties, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your User Content, signage, products or services, unlawful or unauthorized use, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights. We will provide reasonable notice and allow you to control the defence, subject to our right to participate and approve any settlement imposing an obligation on us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or small-claims right, the courts located in Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at servyotv@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms to reflect Service, legal, security, or business changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. When required by law, we will provide advance notice or obtain consent. Urgent security, fraud-prevention, or legal changes may take effect sooner. Your continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance where permitted by law; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel before the next renewal.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the Service and supersede prior representations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive.
